Manajemen Pemasaran Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan Hewan Ternak dan Hasil Tani di Desa Cihambulu, Pabuaran, Subang, Jawa Barat
Abstract
The general objective of this Community Service activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and training for the community in Cihambulu Village regarding the importance of efforts to increase sales, especially livestock to help develop villages so that they are more advanced, independent and become a prosperous society. The methods used are survey methods, interviews, observations, direct delivery of material as well as simulations and discussions on management, entrepreneurship, product marketing and the application of marketing science in entrepreneurship which will have an impact on people's welfare. To form these characters requires effort that is not easy because the process tries to change one's mindset. The process of character entrepreneurial education can be carried out through a process of exploration, elaboration and confirmation, which is then evaluated so that the learning outcomes are identified so that the form of developing marketing capabilities in the field of entrepreneurship is known. The conclusion of this activity is to make Cihambulu village a fostered village that will continue to be monitored and managed so that it becomes more advanced in marketing livestock products.
